Veterinarian Inna Stepanovne inspects a piece of liver from a freshly butchered pig. To be approved for sale at the market, each vendor's meat must be tested for parasites and tuberculosis. If the meat is clean, the vendor will receive a round purple stamp of approval on their product. Inna Stepanovne explains that they don't have many problems at the Vilkovo market, where most vendors have been selling for years.
